ስለ ኦጋዴን ጋዝ ከበሮ በዛሳ !!!

"የቬኑዜላ ፕሬዚዳንት ፣ ሁጎ ቻቬስ ፣ ከኢኳዶር አቻቸው ጋር 5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ሊፈጅ ይችላል የተባለለት የነዳጅ ዘይት ማጣሪያ ስምምነት አደረጉ" በተባለበት በዚህ ሰሞን የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት በኦጋዴን ክልል በካሉብና ሃላል ያለውን ጋዝ ለማልማትና ወደ ዓለምአቀፍ ገበያ ለማቅረብ የማሌዥያ መንግሥት ንብረት ከሆነው ፔትሮናስ ጋር የ1.9 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ስምምነት ኩአላ ላምፑር ላይ መፈራረሙ እኔን አላስደነቀኝም ። ዕድሜ ልካችንን ስንታለልበት ለከረምነው የኢትዮጵያ የነዳጅ ጉዳይ አሁንም ፣ አሁንም እየደጋገማችው ግራ አታጋቡን ። አንዲት የነዳጅ ጠብታ በዓይናችን ሳናይ በራዲዮና በቴሌቪዥን ብቻ አታደንቁሩን ። ከአሥር ዓመት በፊት ይኸው የኦጋዴን ነድጅ ሊወጣ ነውና "አክሲዮን ግቡ "ብላችው ነበር ። አዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ወሬው እሱ ብቻ ነበር ።የአክሲዮኑ ነገር ደብዛው ጠፋ ። የሚያነሳውም የለም ። "ኡፈይ ! "ምርጫችን ባይሆንም "ኡፈይ ! "አልን ። ስለዚሁ የነዳጃችን ጉዳይ አንድ ጓደኛዬ "ነዳጁ ያለው ቴሌቪዥኑ ውስጥ ነው " ብሎ ከነገረኝ ቆይቷል ። አምኜዋለው ። ስለእውነት ፣ የአንዲት ሰሞን የፖለቲካ ኡኡታ ካልሆነ በቀር የ1.9 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ጋዝ የማውጣትና መስመር የመዘርጋት ስምምነት ይህን ያህል ምን ሆነና ነው ከበሮ የበዛለት? የጋዙ ማስተላለፊያ ቱቦ ወይም መስመር እውነት ኦጋደንን አቋርጦ ፣ ሞቋዲሾ ወይም ሶማሊላንድ በርበራ አልያም ጅቡቲ ወደብ ድረስ ይዘረጋል ? እሺ ፣ ስንት ጊዜ ስንት ዶላር ያስፈልገዋል ? የ1.9 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ስምምነት ለዚያ ሁሉ በቂ ነው ማለት ነው ? ወይስ የኢኮኖሚና የፖለቲካ ደረቅ ቀልድ መቀለድ ስለማያሳፍራችው ያንኑ እንጨት እንጨት የሚል የገዳይ ቀልድ እንደለመዳችውት በኛ ላይ መልቀቃችው ነው ? ? ?

ወንድሞቼ ሆይ ፤ በየትኛው ሰላም በየትኛው ምቹ የልማት ወቅት ነው ይንን ለማድረግ ቆርጣችው የተነሳችውት ? ለሃገር አሳቢና ለሃገር ልማትና ዕድገት ተቆርቋሪ ብትሆኑ ኖሮ መጀመሪያ ጋዙ ካለበት የኢትዮጵያ መሬት ላይ እንደማንኛውም ዜጋ ኢትዮጵያዊ ሆነው ከሚኖሩት የኦጋዴን ሰዎቻችን ጋር መነጋገር ነበረባችው ። የኦጋዴን ህዝብ ደግሞ ከወያኔ ይልቅ የሚያደምጠው ኦብነግን መሆኑን እኛ አናውቅ እንደሆን እንጂ እናንተ አሳምራችው ነው የምታውቁት ፤ በአጩሜው ተዠልጣችዋልና !! ደሳሳ ጎጆውን በላውንቸር ከምታጋዩበት ፣ ዕርዳታ የሚያገኝበትን መንገድ ከምትዘጉበት ፣ ሴቶቻቸውን አስገድዳችው ከምትደፍሩባቸው ፣ የልማትና የሰብአዊ ሰራተኞቻቸውን ከምትገድሉባቸው ፣ ቀይ መስቀልን ከምታስወጡባቸው ይልቅ ከኦብነግ ጋር ገለልተኛ የሆኑ አስታራቂዎች ባሉበት በሶስተኛ ሃገር ላይ ብትመካከሩ ኖሮ እናንተ ከመረጣችሁት ፍጅት የተሻለ ነገር ባየን ነበር ። ግን አልሆነም ። ምክንያቱም እናንተ አንዴ በመግደል ተወልዳችዋል ። በመግደል አድጋችዋል ። በመግደል ሸምግላችዋል ። በመግደል አፍሮ የነበራችው መንደርተኞች ዛሬ በመግደል መላጣና ሸበቶ ሆናችዋል ። ብሩህ ዓይን የነበራችው ሰዎች ዛሬ በመግደል መነጽር ለብሳችዋል ። የናንተ ግድያ መቆሚያው የትና መች እንደሆነ ማንም አያውቅም ። 17 ዓመት ጫካ ገደላችው ። 16 አመት ከተማ እየገደላችው ነው ። ጋምቤላ ትሄዳላችው - ትገድላላችው ። ኦሮሚያ ትሄዳላችው - ትገድላላችው ። አዋሳ ትሄዳላችው - ትገድላላችው ። ጎንደር ትሄዳላችው - ትገድላላችው ። ኦጋዴን ትሄዳላችው - ትገድላላችው ። ከማን ጋር ነው መኖር የምትፈልጉት ? በኢትዮጵያ ምድር ከሚገኙት አብዛኛው ብሄረሰቦች ጋር ተናክሳችው ፣ ተቧጭቃችው ፣ ሆድና ጀርባ እሳትና ጭድ ሆናችው እንዴት ነው በሥልጣን መቆየት የምትፈልጉት ? ለመሆኑ እናንተ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ምን ዓይነት ሥርዓት ለማስፈን ነው የበሽታና የረሃቡን ዱካ እየተከተላችው ከበሽታና ከረሃብ የተረፈውን ሰላማዊ ሰው ከዳር እስከ ዳር የምትፈጁት ? ? ? እና ደግሞ ከሁለት ወይም ከሶስት አልያም ከስድስት ወራት በኋላ ማነው በናንተ ጥይት የሚረፈረፈው ባለተራ ብሄረሰብ ? እሱን እያሰብኩ ነው የምጽፈው ። የግድያ ልክፍታችው ከገዛ ሃገራችን ድንበር ተሻግሮ የሰው ሃገር ድረስ መዝለቁ የታወቀ ነውና የናንተ መድፍ የሚረጭበት የሚቀጥለው ባለተራ ሃገርስ ማን ይሆን ? ? ?

ባለመድፍ ወንድሞቼ ፤ ከላይ ለጠየኳችው ጥያቄዎች ከቻላችው መልሱን ስጡኝ እንጂ የኦጋዴንን ህዝብ መግደላችውን በመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባስነገራችው ማግሥት ስለጋዝ አታውሩልን ። በ1.9 ሚሊዮን ዶላር የግለሰብ ሃብት የሆነ አነስተኛ አጂፕ የነዳጅ ማደያ እንጂ በሃገር ደረጃ የሃገር ሁሉ ከበሮ የሚደለቅለት የጋዝ ልማት ሰምቼም አላውቅም ። አንድ ቀን ለማደር ብላችው የማይሆን ዝባ ዝንኬ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን እየለቀቃችው ሚዲያውን አታርክሱት ። የአየር ጊዜውን አትጫወቱበት ። የቬኑዜላ ህዝብ ስለ 5ቢሊዮን ዶላር የነዳጅ ማጣሪያ ያወራል ፤እናንተ ገዳዮች ፈርዶባችው ስለ 1.9 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ጋዝ ወሬ ትለፈልፋላችው ። ማፈሪያዎች !!!

ወያኔዎች ፤ መግደልና ማሰር አይሰለቻችሁም ወይ?
አሥራ ስድስት አመት ሙሉ ገደላችው ። አስራችው ። አሰደዳችው ። የቻላችሁትን ያህል ገንዘብ ዘረፋችው ። ጫካ ውስጥ የረባ ምሽግ እንኳ ያልነበራችው ፍጡሮች ዛሬ ቤተመንግስት የመሳሰለ መኖሪያ ቀልሳችው ትኖሩበታላችው ፤ የተረፋችሁንም ለፈረንጅ ታከራያላችው ። በኢትዮጵያ ምድር ሁሉም ነገር የናንተ ሆኗል ። የናንተ እጅና እግር የሌለበት ወይም ያልደረሰበት የንግድም ሆነ የልማት ተቋም የለም ። የኢትዮጵያን የልጅ ልጆች ሁሉ በዱቤ ቸብችባችው ዶላሩን ወስዳችሁታል ። በውጭ ያሉ ባንኮች ለዚህ ምስክር የሚሆኑበት ጊዜ ሩቅ አይሆንም ። ከአሁን በኋላ የሚወለዱ ኢትዮጵያዊ ህፃናት ከናታቸው ማህጸን ሲወጡ በአንገታቸው የዱቤ ሠርተፊኬት አንጠልጥለው መሆኑን ካወቅን ቆይተናል ። ወባን "አይዞህ በርታ" ብላችው አዲስ አበባ የጨመራችው ጥቂት ማፍያ ሠዎች ይህ ሁሉ የናንተ ሆኖ ሰላማዊውን ዜጋ ትገድላላችው ፤ ታስራላችው ፤ ታሰቃያላችው ። ምን አድርግ ፣ ምን ሁን ነው የምትሉት ? እሽ ምን እንሁን ? ....... ንገሩን እንጂ !!!



እንዴት አንድ "ጭቆና አንገፈገፈኝ!" ብሎ ጫካ ውስጥ መከራውን የበላ ፤ የተናቀና የተዋረደ ቡድን በለስ ቀንቶት መንግሥት የመሆን እድል ሲገጥመው ተመልሶ ጨቋኝ ይሆናል ? ያውም የከፋ ! ኢትዮጵያ በታሪኳ አይታው የማታውቀው ጨቋኝና ውሸታም መንግሥት !! .....ለጋዜጠኛ የእድሜ ልክ ፍርድ የሚሰጥ መንግሥት !! ..... ሰላማዊ እንደሚሆን በተነገራቸው የምርጫ ሂደት ላይ የተሳተፉ ምሁርና ሽማግሌ ባለራእይ ዜጎችን የእድሜ ልክ እስር የሚሸልም እርጉምና በራሱ የማይተማመን መንግሥት - ያውም አሸንፈውት ። ለምረጡኝ ዘመቻ የተጠቀሙበትን የቅስቀሳ ንግግር ለመክሰስ የተጠቀመ ፤ ከዚያም የእድሜ ልክ እስራት የበየነ ዓይን አውጣ መንግሥት !! ጠመንጃችው ከጀርባቸው ዞር ቢል ባዶ ሆናችው የምቀሩ እናንተ የገዳይ ማህበር አባላት እባካችው ህዝቡን እስቲ ምን አድርግ ፣ ምን ሁን ነው የምትሉት ? እሽ ምን እንሁን ? ...... ንገሩን እንጂ !!!



በምርጫው ሰበብ ያሰራችኋቸውን አሸናፊ ተመራጮች አንገታችሁን ተይዛችው መፍታታችው ላይቀር ለምንድ ነው ሁለት አመት ሙሉ ያሰቃያችዋቸው ? የህግ ሥርዓታችሁ የበሰበሰና የገማ መሆኑን ማንም ነው የሚያውቀው ። በሱ መነገድ እንደሆን አይቻልም ። ይሄ የሰለጠኑና ሰርቲፋይድ የሆኑ ምስክሮችን ከየትም እየለቃቀመ "በምስክር ስም" ለችሎት የሚያሰማ ፍርድ ቤት የናንተ አንዱ የማጥቂያ ብርጌድ ነው እንጂ ፍርድ ቤት አይደለም ። ለምን "መብረቅ" ወይም "በርቂ" ወይም " ክብሪት ብርጌድ" ወይም "ሬጅሜንት" አትሉትም !! እንደዚያ ብትሉት ነበር የዓለም ህብረተሰብ የሚያምናችው ። ለዚያው ሰርቲፋይድ ምስክሮቹ ሰርቲፋይድ ያልሆኑበትን የእውነት ቃል ሲለፈልፉ እየተሰማ ። እነዚህን ሰዎች ለመፍታት ሺ ስም ብትሰጡ "ምህረት" ፣ "ይቅርታ ጠየቁ" ፣ "ስህተታቸውን አመኑ " ፣ ግማሽ ሃላፊነት ወሰዱ" ብትሉ ፤ የፈለጋችሁትን ቃላት ብትደረድሩ አምኖ የሚያዳምጣችው የለም ። ሰዎቹ የሚፈቱት አንገታችሁን ስለተያዛችሁ ብቻ መሆኑን ነው የምናውቀው ። የታሰሩትም ስላሸነፏችው ነው - ያውም በዝረራ ! በባዶ ! በዜሮ ! ታንክ ሳይኖራቸው...... ይህን እወቁ ። ማንም አይረሳም ። ከማንም ኢትዮጵያዊ ህሊና ውስጥ የሚፋቅ ታሪክ አይደለም ። የሚፈቱትም ስላሸነፏችሁ ነው - ታንክ ሳይተኩሱ ። እነሱን እስር ቤትአጉራችው እናንተም እኛም እንቅልፍ የለንም ። ኢትዮጵያዊው በሙሉ አይተኛም ። አልተኛም ። ይህን ታውቃላችው ። ከምርጫው በፊት የነበረው አተኛኘታችውና አተኛኘታችን ከምርጫው በኋላ ተለዋውጧል ። ግን ግን እኔ የማይገባኝ መግደል የምታቆሙት መች ነው ? ማሰርስ ? እንደናንተ ማሰርና መግደል የሚወድ የለምና !!



አንድ ነገር ልንገራችው ። አዲስ ነገር አይደለም የምነግራችው ። 16 አመት ሙሉ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ የነገራችውን ነው የምነግራችው ። መንገር ሳይሆን ማስታወስ ልበለው መሰል ። ሰላማዊ ሰዉን በየአስፋልትና ገጠር ላይ ስለደፋችሁት ፤ ጨለማ ቤት ስላጎራችሁት ፤ እንደለመዳችሁት 40 ሺ ወጣት ሰብስባችው ስለቀጠቀጣችው ወይም ስላሰራችው ፤ እድሜ ልክ ወይም 20ና 30 አመት ስለፈረዳችው ፤ የኢትዮጵያዊው የለውጥ ስሜት ፣ ጉጉት ፣ የመናገር ፣ የመሰብሰብ ፣ በፈለገው የሙያም ይሁን የፖለቲካ ማህበር የመደራጀት ፣ በመረጠው የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ጎዳና መጓዝና ከልቡ በመረጠው ተመራጭ መተዳደር ተስፋው አይሞትም ። ምንም ተባለ ምን የጊዜ ጉዳይ ካልሆነ በቀር ይኸው ይፍፈጸማል ። የሠው ልጅ የለውጥ ስሜት በመግደል አንድ ቦታ አይቆምም ። ለውጥን በማሠር ማገድ አይቻልም ። ለውጥ ሂደት ነው ። ይሄዳል ። የኢትኦጵ መጽሄትና ጋዜጣ አሳታሚ ድርጅት ባለቤት የሆነውን ጋዜጠኛና አሳታሚ ሲሳይ አጌናን ወደ 100 ሺ የሚገመት ጥሬ ገንዘብ "ለምርመራ" በሚል ሰበብ ቀምቶ ዛሬ ደግሞ 100ሺ ብር እንዲከፍል ፍርድ ቤቱ መፍረዱ ምንድ ነው የሚባለው ? ። የፈለገ ዓይነት የጭካኔ ፍርድ ከፍርድ ቤቶቹ ብርጌድ ቢተኮስ ለውጥ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ አይቀርም ። እናንተ ምን እንደምትሉን ባይገባኝም እኔ በበኩሌ እንዲገባችሁ አድርጌ የምለው አለኝ - " እያንዳንችሁ የእጃችሁን ታፍሳላችው ..... በንጹሃን ደም የበሰበሰው እጃችሁና በዘረፋና በትዕቢት ያበጠው ልባችው አንድ ቀን ፍርዱን ከኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ያገኛል ። በመንግሥትነት ስም በቡድን ተደራጅተው የኢትዮጵያን ህዝብ የገደሉ ሁሉ ሲዋረዱ አይተናል ። እናንተም ከዚያ ውርደት አታመልጡም ።

በመጨረሻም ..... ምን አድርግ ፣ ምን ሁን ነው የምትሉት ? እሽ ምን እንሁን ? ..... ንገሩን እንጂ ! መደብደብ ፣ ማሰር ፣ መግደል ፣ በቶርቸር ማሰቃየት ፣ ማሰደድ ፣ ባንክ ዘራፊ ሆናችው "ባንክ ዘራፊ ነው .... የሰለጠነ አድማ በታኝ ፖሊስ እና ውኋ መርጪያ የለንም" ማለት አይሰለቻችሁም ። ስንት መሬት ፣ ስንት ሰላማዊ ሰውና ስንት ብር ነው መብላት የምትፈልጉት ? ? ? ? ? ጅቦች !! የሠው ጅቦች !!!!

IPI resolutions on Ethiopia journalists held in prison.

Meeting at its Annual General Assembly 14 May, 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey, the IPI members,International Press Institute, adopted a resolution calling on the Ethiopian authorities to immediately release all imprisoned journalists and refrain from punishing the media for its reporting.

The IPI membership believes that editors and journalists have been arrested as a punishment for their writing. Therefore, the IPI membership calls on the Ethiopian government to release all imprisoned journalists, halt the closer of media organizations and allow the foreign media access to the country. ኤሊያስ ክፍሌን በመክሰስ ብቻ ጊዜያችሁን አታጥፉ ። አንዴ ሃገር ውስጥ ፣ አንዴ በውጭ ሃገር....። በፍፁም አልቻላችሁትም ። ግፋ ቢል በሁለት አሮጌ ኮምፒውተሮች ነው መከራ የሚያሳችው ። እናንተ ግን ብዙ ብሮችና ብዙ የተባበረ ጭንቅላት ይዛችው ነው የምትከታተሉት ። ያውም በመክሰስ ጭምር ። የመሰላችሁን ትፅፉ የለም እንዴ ስለኤሊያስና ድረ ገፁ !! ኤሊያስ መች ከሰሳችው !! ፀሃፊ ነን የምትሉ ከሆነ ብዕራችውን አሳዩን እንጂ ሃምሳ ጊዜ ፍርድ ቤት አትሩጡ ። ኤሊያስ እኮ ስሙንና አድራሻውን በግልፅ አስቀምጦ ነው የሚፅፈው ። ሁልጊዜ እሱን የምትወነጅሉት ሰዎች የት ነው ያላችሁት ? እነማን ናችው ? Virginia-Tech, a shocking massacre.
Washington D.C. metropolitan area is a center for Ethiopian origin citizens. I used to live in Virginia and I knew so many Ethiopian origin students who have been going to Virginia,DC or Maryland Universities for their higher education program. I have shocked when I heard news about the killings of students, professors and staff members at Virginia Tech.I know it is tough for families, friends and communities who lost their loved ones.For me it is a nightmare and an unacceptable on this bright century, and an educational institutions should be out of gun.

More Cruelty of Government.
For some of us who born or grew up in civilized and rich country, situation of human rights in Ethiopia has been not as we expected.Everyday when we are trying to see some thing positive about our country's current situation from the international media outlets, unfortunately, we have been colliding with killing or jailing words. First,the police officer threw Tesfaye in to a dark cell. Then, each day for 17 days it was the same routine: Electric shocks on his legs and back, followed by beatings with rubber truncheons. Four or five officers would then surrounded and kick him. At last, a large bottle of water would be tied around his testicles. He'd pass out. (Read full report)

Ethiopian Journalists - Out of Prison Picture

Thank you the freedom of the press fighters,you are real Ethiopians.Being independent journalist and working on free media is not easy in Ethiopia.As we had been followed closely your case and situation in prison we will watch others who have been in prison now and your life after prison.The Ethiopian people and international community knows that you were prisoned seventeen months only because of your journalism profession.The government should compensate you.You deserve compensation from your jailer and award from the international freedom of the press fighter organizations.

Concerning EFJA, Ethiopian Free Press Journalists Association, especially; Gash Kifle Mulat, Dawit Kebede, Aklilu Tadesse and girma Endrias, you are wonderful! I know life could be tough in exile, but you are doing best job for voiceless fellow journalists rather than living for yourselves and all your families. I didn't get an opportunity to see an organization and leaders like EFJA and Ethiopian Teachers Association, ETA, throughout my life.I am so proud of EFJA which sheltered all independent journalists in our country , Ethiopia and makes louder voice for its member freedom of the press fighters. Please, continue what you are doing for those independent journalists who have been suffering in jail a lot and for those who crossed the border to save their lives and living in a harsh and bad situation as refugee in different part of the World.

Further more, I really appreciate your media coverage for those oppressed journalists who had been employed by Ethiopian government, subjected to lie their own people and finally had been abandoned the more jailer and killer government in Africa. Because, the government journalists association's has no right to be voice of the truth.It speaks when it get permission from the government officials. That is shame!! Leading professional organization with out basic rights is not part of life. I would like to end this part of my letter by these words; government journalists please come to the truth track!!!

No one surprised by these Ethiopian government high-level liar officials behavior. There is no way to stop them, first, from cheating their own people, and then the International community.Watch,listen and follow them,they will cheat us for good until the World ready to cheat them.

"Genocide" and "high treason" charges have been dropped against them and they will be tried for "plotting to overthrow the government" and "incitement to rebellion." RSF

First, High level officials of the country,Ethiopia,finally have start thinking as human being.But they need to understand more and more.As they said, now, no genocide and high treason occurred after the result of the national election of may 2005, people knew that there was no "plotting to overthrow the government " or "incitement to rebellion."That's the fact on the ground.

Second, Mr.Sisay Agena, publisher of Ethop and Abay monthly magazine and weekly news papers, freed from his charge, good thing.What about his dozen computers and huge amount of money that taken or robbed by government security agents in the name " for investigation purpose" during his arrest late 2005? The court should give order to police department,investigation cell or security agents to give back all his own personal work equipment and money,too.

Third, we know that Ethiopia has not enough money to cover annual budget of the country's expense as a country. This country depends on out side source for its governmental function.
So, spending donated money or other form of outsiders support on this type of false accusation,torturing and killing innocent citizens of the land every corner is meaningless.Waste of time, waste of manpower for meaningless purpose, no one benefited from this kind of kid's play. Government should work on the basis of truth.That way helps people and a country to work together for a common agenda-fighting poverty,aids,access for pure drinking water,basic health service and so on.

8 JOURNALISTS FREED

8 Ethiopian free press journalists who have been in jail since late 2005 and charged in fictitious genocide and treason have been freed today.Including journalists court ordered prison authorities to release 25 defendants.Beyond ordering prison officials to free them immediately there is no confirmation about their release.

These are the names of journalists;

1. Sisay Agena, 2.Eskinder Nega,3.Serkalem Fasil,4.Fasil Yenealem,5.Dereja Habtewold,6.Feleke Tibebu,7.Nardos Meaza,8.Zekarias Tesfaye.

Note from choreber: Previously, we observed some human rights activists,independent journalists,politicians and innocent citizens of the land were released to be rearrested while walking freely on the way home.I would like to say that do not do that again, please.

Judges, people needs justice!!

Ethiopian court ruled that 41 leaders and members of the main opposition political party,CUD, and other defendants in the same charge file were to defend their case. Another 21 defendants were acquitted of the first charge out of six charges. Of another 29 whose case is being tried in absentia some were acquitted and suspended

Early this year over 20 Innocent Oromos Killed by Government

By all accounts,it is there,on Gaara Suufi (mountain) that the TPLF regime murdered 20 Oromos early this year.It looks like TPLF is determined to turn every inch of Oromo territory in to killing fields.Oromos, young and old,women,children and the elderly, are murdered every where; in school, on the street,in their homes,in detention camps and now on the mountain.

As Ethiopians,diplomatic missions and the international community expected the court ruled the defendants to defend their cases.This is the same old story we have observed for the last 15 years.Defendants should be go home freely than spending their precious time in jail with out any reason.people's need them.They are college lecturers,human and development activist,free media journalists and so on.If the judiciary system of the country moves freely these people should go home today.The same old trick on the same court and judges, every year ,to stay in power forever.Wow Ethiopian officials !!!!

On the endless trail of the main opposition political leaders, human and development activists and free press journalists of Ethiopia, the judges decided to adjourn the proceeding for tomorrow, April, 4,2007.

Previously, government brought its well-trained and certified witnesses and they testified for the government side. The Trial Postponed Again

The trial of the main opposition political party leaders,civic activists and independent journalists postponed again.This time for Monday,April 2nd,2007.The court presented the summary of the audio,video and documentary evidence today.It said the rest of the prosecutor's evidence will be summarized and presented on Monday,April 2nd,2007.The court was packed,tens people couldn't get sits.The judges said that they wouldn't continue in the after noon as one of the judges was sick.

Note from choreber blogger: Nobody expect fair and true justice's from politically assigned judges who serves high level, corrupted and killer government officials than the country's law. Last week one of the judges didn't show up and the court hearing was ended up with in five minutes.Next Monday, really, we don't know who going to be sick!!!!! The country's justice system has been running like this for the last 15 years.

Helicopters fire on Somali market

Ethiopian helicopter gunships have fired at a market near an insurgent stronghold in the Somali capital.
The BBC's Mohammed Olad Hassen in Mogadishu says hundreds of insurgents armed with rocket launchers and machine guns are battling Ethiopian troops.Ethiopian tanks are also deployed. Crowds dragged several dead bodies in uniform through the streets.The security crackdown in the south of the city is being billed as a three-day operation to restore order.
